Vouches are an easy way to endorse a talent member that you’d want to recommend to hiring companies in your network.
Learn how network and company admins can vouch for a talent member
Log in to Getro and navigate to the “Members” section
Search for the talent member who you’d like to vouch for. You should see three vertical dots on the upper righthand corner of their profile snapshot:
Click the three dots and select “Vouch” from the drop-down menu
Fill out the vouch form with your talent member endorsement, and click “Vouch”
The talent member will be notified via email that you have vouched for them, and the vouch will be visible on their talent profile to you and other admins.

Note
Vouches are only visible to companies in the network(s) that a talent member belongs to (and any admins for that network). Talent members cannot see vouches.
