How to Export Data from Getro

Getro gives you access to a wealth of data about your listed companies, jobs, contacts, and more. You can export this information in several ways—either manually from different areas of the platform, or automatically using our API or Zapier integrations.




Manual Data Export in Getro


You can export data from various areas within Getro, depending on what you need:


1. Data Export from Settings

  • Go to Settings → Data Export.

  • From here, you can export:

    • Job Alert Subscribers – People who signed up for alerts on your job board.

    • Admins – A list of current admins in your account.


2. Export Contacts

  • From the Contacts tab:

    • Click Export to download all contacts.

    • To export only selected contacts, highlight them and click Export.

  • The export file will be emailed to you directly.


3. Export Analytics Reports

  • From the Analytics tab:

    • Choose the report you’d like to export.

    • Adjust the date range or interval if needed.

    • Click Export at the top of the report.


4. Export from the Dashboard


From your Dashboard, you can export:

  • Likely Applied Report – Shows the number of job seekers sent directly to your listed company career pages (high-intent candidates and a top ROI indicator).

    • Adjust the date range at the top of the dashboard to control the export data.

    • We recommend creating a pivot table from this export to see the impact per company.

  • Applications – Only for jobs posted directly on Getro.

    • These are applications received for roles posted by your team or company admins on your job board.


5. Export Companies

  • Download a complete list of all companies listed on your job board from the Companies section (top right corner).


6. Export Hires Report

  • The Hires Report tracks when your contacts announce a new role at one of your listed companies on LinkedIn.

  • You can download this report at any time from the Hires section.
