Track Successful Hires + Convert Job Board Visitors into Talent Network Members

Your job board is full of high-intent visitors — but without a way to capture their information, many remain anonymous.
This new feature helps you turn job seekers into Talent Network members instantly, by prompting them to share their LinkedIn profile and automatically adding them to your Contacts tab in Getro, and if they are hired at one of your companies, they will also be added to the Hires tab. 

Whether they apply for a job, sign up for job alerts, or simply browse postings, you’ll now have a way to grow your network, track attribution, and support portfolio companies with stronger pipelines. This feature also allows you to track successful hires through the job board and maximize the ROI of your Getro tools and recruitment efforts. 


How It Works

The feature captures job seeker data at key touchpoints:

  • When applying to a job

    • Job seekers are prompted to share their LinkedIn URL.

    • They appear immediately in your Contacts tab, with source = job application.

    • Their application info also appears in the Job Seeking tab.

    • They’re offered the option to complete their Talent Network profile, but this is optional.

    • If they are hired at one of your companies, you can track this information in your Hires tab.

  • When subscribing to job alerts

    • Job seekers can enter their LinkedIn URL along with their email.

    • They’re added to your Contacts tab with source = job alert.

    • If they complete onboarding, their richer profile is available in the Job Seeking tab.

  • When browsing jobs

    • Visitors who click to view a job are asked to provide a LinkedIn URL.

    • Once submitted, they can view the posting.

    • They’re added to your Contacts tab with job board listed as the contact source.
