What does it mean to be a Getro Beta user?

Currently, our talent network product, GetroNetwork is in closed private beta. But what does that mean exactly? In short, it means that we have an intentionally select group of users who have access to this product and who are giving us focused feedback to help perfect it before bringing it to market. Here are some frequently asked questions about our beta program:

FAQ

How can I get GetroNetwork added to my account?

At this time, we are no longer accepting new GetroNetwork beta users. If you're interested in using GetroNetwork to your account, contact us at help@getro.com and we will be sure to let you know when GetroNetwork becomes available.

If I get accepted to the private beta, what do I have to do?

Have you ever wished that you could talk to the person who built a tool and tell them exactly what you think about it? Well good news! That's pretty much what you do in our private beta!

Once accepted to our beta group, you will have a 1:1 onboarding session with a Getro product manager who will introduce you to GetroNetwork and configure your account. After your talent network is live, you will have bi-weekly calls with the product team where you can give us all of your thoughts and opinions. Your feedback will help us make GetroNetwork the best tool to serve our diverse group of customers!

Doesn't "beta" mean that sometimes things break?

Really, it means that you see and interact with early iterations of a product, so sometimes there are unintended behaviors as we build new features and update existing behaviors based on your feedback.

If you run into something that doesn't seem quite right, remember that you not only have our support team to help you, but also a direct line to our product team!

Is the beta program free?

No. GetroNetwork is priced in the same structure as GetroJobs. We have tiered pricing based on the number of companies on your job board. You can read more about our pricing here

Can I use GetroNetwork without GetroJobs?

No, our two products are made to work together. In fact, they really complete each other - GetroJobs helps you showcase open opportunities in your network, and GetroNetwork helps you showcase talent in your network that could fill those roles. When you think about it, they're the perfect pair!
