How to View Plan and Billing Information in Your Getro Admin Portal

We’re excited to announce a significant enhancement to your Getro experience: you can now access your Plan and Billing Information directly within your admin portal! This new feature streamlines how you manage your subscription and billing details, providing you with greater clarity and control.


What You Can Access

With the new billing view, you can easily see and do the following:

  1. Subscription Overview: View your current products (GetroJobs, GetroConnect, or both), subscription plan name, the maximum number of companies included in your tier, and the retail price of your plan.

  2. Completion Bar: Monitor your usage with a completion bar that shows how many companies you have listed in your Getro account compared to the maximum allowed in your subscription plan.

  3. Upcoming Invoice Details: Get information about your next invoice, including the invoice date, any discounts applied, and the total amount to be charged.

  4. Update Payment Method: Easily update your payment method by selecting a different primary payment method from those currently on file or by adding a new one.

  5. Edit Billing Details: Update essential billing information, such as your Company Name, Company Address, Company Phone Number, or VAT number.

  6. View Past Billing History: Access and download your past invoices to keep track of your billing history.


How to Access Your Billing Information

To view your billing information in your admin portal, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Getro Admin Portal.
  2. Click your account name in the top left corner.
  3. Select "Plans and Billing."
  4. View your billing information and make any desired changes.

This new feature allows you to manage your subscription and payment methods more efficiently, ensuring you have clarity on your current plan and any necessary changes.

  • Changing to a different tier
  • Modifying your subscription cadence (e.g., moving from Monthly to Annual)
  • Cancelling your Getro subscription
  • Purchasing the GetroConnect add-on
  • Discussing your subscription renewal
