The Hires Report in GetroConnect is a powerful feature that automatically tracks when someone in your contact database starts working at one of your listed companies. This report gives you better visibility into the impact your network is having on talent placement—without manual tracking.
How the Hires Report Works
Getro automatically scans LinkedIn profile updates for people in your contact database.
If a contact updates their LinkedIn to show they are now working at one of your listed companies, they will appear in your Hires Report.
This feature works for all contacts in your database, regardless of how they were added, including:
Talent Network sign-ups
LinkedIn Sync (yours or your colleagues’)
Direct imports
LinkedIn Chrome Extension additions

Download the full Hires Report at any time for further analysis or sharing.
Track Team-Assisted Hires
If a hire resulted from an introduction you or your team facilitated, you can mark it as a Team-Assisted Hire in GetroConnect.
