How talent requests introductions to companies

Once you verify a talent member, identifying them as an endorsed member of your talent network, they will be able to request introductions to your network companies directly. For each company in your network, there is a "Request Introduction" button, only visible to verified members of your talent network.

When a verified talent member requests an introduction to one of your companies, we prompt the company to either accept or deny that introduction request. This is a double opt-in process, and it's in place so that your companies can spend their time efficiently on top talent that fits their needs.

Talent member requests an introduction

A verified talent member can request an introduction to any company in your network. They are encouraged to add a short message to explain why they are interested in the company.

Company reviews the introduction request

The company sees the introduction request email, which includes a link to the talent member's profile which includes their work history, bio, etc.

The company can choose to accept or decline this introduction request from the talent member.

This double opt-in process makes sure that companies have control over which talent they accept into their hiring process through this channel.

Good to know!

If the company declines the introduction, nothing further happens. The professional is not notified about the declined introduction.

If the company accepts the introduction, the company admin and the professional are both cc'ed on the email introduction message we send to both of them.

As a network admin, your company is also BCC'd on this email message.
